Learning to ski in a small group
Ski School 333 offers children's ski lessons in Tignes starting from age 5, with a particular focus on each child's progression and enjoyment.
Our philosophy is simple: a child progresses better when well-supported and when they build confidence. That is why we limit our groups to a maximum of 8 students, including during school holidays.
Supervised by state-certified ski instructors, children learn in a friendly environment tailored to their level. The goal is to allow them to progress at their own pace while developing their independence and love for skiing.

Lessons tailored to each child's level
Whether your child is discovering skiing for the very first time or has been practicing for several years, our lessons are tailored to their experience and level.
Beginner Child Your child has never skied before? The first sessions are dedicated to discovering sliding and learning the basics: balance, moving around with skis, speed control, and first turns. The instructor gradually supports the child to help them build confidence and discover the joy of skiing in great conditions.
Intermediate Child Your child already knows how to ski but wants to improve? The lessons help consolidate existing skills and progressively refine technique: turns, balance, speed control, and ski handling. The goal is to make the child more comfortable on the slopes and allow them to ski with greater independence.
Advanced Child For young skiers already comfortable on the slopes, the lessons focus on perfecting technique and exploring more varied terrain. Depending on the group's level and snow conditions, instructors may introduce exercises to improve turn quality, trajectory control, and adaptation to different terrains.

We intentionally limit our groups to a maximum of 8 children so that the instructor can truly observe and support each student.
In a smaller group, the instructor can more easily:
- Identify each child's difficulties
- Correct their posture and technique
- Tailor the exercises
- Encourage progress
- Answer questions
- Support children who need extra time
This setup promotes more personalized progress while preserving the fun and friendly atmosphere of a group lesson.
Best of all, this maximum limit of 8 students remains in place during school holidays, when the resorts are at their busiest.

Children's ski lessons in Tignes Val Claret
Ski School 333 is located in Tignes Val Claret, close to the snow front and ski lifts.
This location provides quick access to the various areas of the Tignes ski resort, allowing instructors to choose the slopes best suited to the children's skill levels.
Snow conditions, weather, and group dynamic are all factored in by the instructor to adapt the learning terrain accordingly.
As a result, Tignes offers an ideal environment for supporting children in their progress—from their very first turns to more advanced, technical skiing.
